Erasmus Bilateral Agreements
The responsible for establishing and implementing inter-institutional agreements is the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, with acknowledge and approval of CESPU direction. Proposals can be made by CESPU Erasmus Pedagogical Coordinators, teachers and students or foreign institutions. The first ones already have instructions to select partners based on geographical diversity, compatibility of the academic profiles (level, curricular programs) and main regulations. Teachers and students from CESPU as foreign institutions’ proposals must be presented to the Erasmus Office, in person or by e-mail (sara.gama@cespu.pt). Then, the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator follows it to the respective pedagogical departments to be evaluated according to the same principals. . During the length of any of the agreements the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator and CESPU Quality Office monitor and evaluate the cooperation developed (based on quantity and quality) and determine if it shall be renewed.
