ERASMUS @ CESPU

Mobility / inter-institutional cooperation activities are coordinated by the Erasmus Office. This service is led by an Erasmus institutional coordinator who works directly with the Erasmus pedagogical coordinator of each program and the academic authorities.

The Erasmus institutional coordinator has to celebrate bilateral agreements with foreign institutions; manage the exchange of CESPU students, teachers, researchers and staff; organize the activities of reception and integration of foreign students, teachers, researchers and staff.

The Erasmus pedagogical coordinators have to select the candidates to mobility programs; define the Learning / Training Agreements and ensure its academic recognition; provide pedagogical support to incoming students; collaborate in the activities of reception of incoming students, teachers, researchers and staff.

Standard mobility (studies, placements, teaching assignments, staff training), Intensive Programs, networks and other cooperation projects are key factors for CESPU development and are promoted by the Erasmus office and the pedagogical departments by email, social networks, collective and personal meetings. Support and recognition measures are specified in CESPU regulations and are published well before the projects beginning, in order to inform/prepare the stakeholders. Results dissemination and exploitation are made by the website and communicated in collective sessions.
